"When we first got there we had a little difficulty but the lady who i communicated with Lyn Burnette was absolutely amazing. I came from Illinois down to the beach with the kids and she made sure everything was in place for us. Our room was nice overlooking the pool and the beach. They had good food and drinks pool side and the security always made sure everyone was taken care of even more during spring break. Would come back to this resort. "

"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"If you are allergic to mildew, stay away. The smell of mildew and mold hits you as soon as you walk in. The carpets and ceiling are stained with who knows what. The wifi password provided did not work. There was bird poop stains on the balcony. The mattress springs will make your back ache in the morning. Ruined our trip. "
