"This place is such a gem. I love staying here when I come to Tampa. Located in a nice quiet area even though it's walking distance to 7th Ave which gets live on the weekends. There's a bagel and coffee shop attached to it which is really convenient in mornings. Just a 3 min walk and your on 7th Ave which is full of dining and entertainment options. The room itself has everything you need to include a washer and dryer. Bed is really soft too. I had an issue with parking because I failed to...

"Great, central location. Only a 5 minute walk to the trolley that take you up and down franklin for free. A real startbucks is connected to the hotel. The hotel has a great resturant, just a little bit of a wait. Theres also a great sports bar right across the street. Definitely a great recommendation for a first timer in Tampa. "

"The Palihouse Hyde Park is a great property to put you right in the middle of everything to do in Hyde Park. Dining, shopping, walkable, park areas, close proximity to Bayshore Blvd. Even if you are a local spending he weekend at Palihouse is a good idea! "

"The hotel was amazing and in a great location near a nice park that has a farmers market on the weekend. And there’s a free trolly nearby that goes to downtown Tampa. The staff were super helpful and nice and the hotel has a lovely pool and the hotel is very well maintained and the room was spacious and clean and I would highly recommend staying here as I definitely will be on returning trips to the Tampa area."

"Great place . Right by river walk. Can walk a mile all the way to aquarium and cruise ship port. Free coffee in the morning. I wish there are more eatery right by the hotel. But you can walk to other eatery by the river walk or in the downtown area. "
