"We love staying at the Ruby! Great location, right on the river and access to the Centennial trail....you can walk to downtown, to the park, or to the University district. Rooms are clean, neat, remodeled, only problem we had were the heavy healed neighbors upstairs. Also, don't miss the BBQ at Osprey. The resturant and bar are fantastic!!!"

"We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football."
