"Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression. The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower. We also couldn't access the wifi. "Basic accommodation room was clean but carpeting in public areas was not. Pillows lumpy. No kettle or tea making facilities in room there was a machine near reception 2 pound a drink cups small. Heating in room not great and took all night before it warmed up. Free parking which was good and staff friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast which was buffet and eat all you want was good and would recommend. All in all if your looking for somewhere really basic and cheap would be good."

"Overall stay was good. Positives: Staff were lovely. Room was large. Everything that I needed for a comfortable stay I had. Location in terms of access to car park, shops, restaurants, train station etc... was good. Negatives: The main thing that let the hotel down was the cleanliness. There was a lot of thick dust build up on the walls, around the skirting board, behind the bedside tables (where the plug was) and in the nooks and crannies of the room. "Lovely hotel but room was slightly tired and not as clean as we would have expected with dirty spills and stains on table legs and skirting boards beside the bed. Chipped woodwork etc in bathroom. We booked specially to take our baby in the pool having called in advance to check prior to confirming the booking but on arrival were told it wasn’t possible. The lady was lovely and apologetic offering a free round of drinks but it was really quite disappointing and meant we couldn’t use the spa/pool...
