"We had a nice clean, very large room, with ice cold A/C. We walked 1.2 miles to the Forum to see a concert. We got a room for less than the $100 it takes to park at the event itself. Since we came from San Diego, it was nice to have a cozy room nearby, so we didn't have to drive after the party! Neighborhood looks a bit rough! Lot's of colorful Street folk! We were treated kindly and didn't ever feel threatened, even walking home late. "
