"Both Managers didn't offer to dry my clothes or even apologize after learning that thier coin dryer wasn't working. Asked for a couple of trash bags for wet clothes and he asked for my room number to charge me for them.
Politely told him about dryer and showed him what was wrong. He didn't care and was like getting all defensive. Told the day manager about it- same result. Place is overpriced, mattresses are cheap, hot tub is joke, and I doubt they will fix the dryer."
