family-friendly environment. The staff is very nice and ready to help. Love the location, the neighborhood is wonderful with a big grocery store and two bus stations that facilitate going everywhere. The only thing that wasn't very good for me is the bedroom is very dark, the hallway is dark and has old carpet in. Tv doesn't have cable and the antennas do not have local channels. So if you like to relax and watch tv without logging in on your own Netflix, Youtube, etc account...

"This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here 3 nights. It is about 1.5 miles from Uffizi. Walk directly along the river to/from the hotel. The service we got was the best of our entire vacation. Staff was very helpful and English speaking. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Street construction made accessing the hotel by car a bit difficult, and we had to park at a public lot about 4-5 blocks away. It was nice being away from all of the tourists and crowds, yet close enough to walk...

"This the fantastic hotel is very clean with amazing staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Costanza did great job in assisting us with choosing a tour and she surprised us with fruit and champagne ❤️ it was our 25th anniversary.Breakfast was amazing full of choices with quality food and drink . Salim at Bar was very friendly and professional, overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay there. AC was very cool and room was very comfortable. For sure we stay there in our next trip. "

"The property was beautiful. The communication was perfect. The property location was close to everything walkable to everything. The amenities such as shampoos conditioners, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water, umbrellas, were all provided! The only negative for my husband and I would have to say that the bed was way too hard for us, but we remedied the situation by sleeping in the sleeper sofa, which was very comfortable! when we return, we will definitely stay at this property again! Great...

"Location is epic! It is noisy until midnight so def not a hotel for children, but for adults (especially those who don’t go to bed early) it’s just perfect! Great view from the beautiful roof terrace. People not staying in the hotel were coming to use the restaurant up there as they had heard or read about it but it still wasn’t crazy busy. Lovely smart interiors and great for money. Beautiful hotel! "
