Excellent. The service was great, room was clean and a nice size (included kitchenette). Walking distance to several nice restaurants and the beach plus as an added bonus a fresh water pool with night lighting for an after hours dip in the evening.
Manager Nikolaos was amazing. Attentive to detail and willing to share ideas plus recommendations! Though the hotel may seem dated, the location and basic necessities are all there especially if you want to acclimate to the area prior to adventuring further on the beautiful island of Chios. The hotel I believe is family owned therefore you will most likely have a cozy and warm stay.
Everything downtown is walking distance. You are on the water, close to the airport and centrally located between the north of the island and the south.
It felt like you were in a 5 star resort. Everything was so clean. The staff was awesome! The location was so tranquil and relaxing. I will definitely be back again!
The room well accommodated three people. George was a wonderful host. Very helpful and helped us with any questions we had, helped make dinner reservations, etc.
Only real issue was the shower. It was small (although this is not unusual in Greece), but it was the way it was constructed, all the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor, so we were constantly mopping it up.
Otherwise, I would recommend!
The property was impressive with a nice garden, specious rooms with high ceilings. Nicely decorated. We had coffee maker in the room and there were cookies. The staff was excellent. It was my birthday and the owner left a very nice gift in our room. Those small touches makes a place memorable. The location was excellent, close enough to the town and beaches but far from noises. It was a great experience.
