"Not clean enough"

"I stayed here for a few days this time, though I’ve been to this hotel multiple times and I keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and have fantastic views, and the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options. But my favorite thing is the infinity pool overlooking beautiful Tumon bay. "

"1 parking slot per guest in the garage. No store on site. Room leaked from the window. No a/c in the room. Was told the hotel was full so couldnt switch rooms."
