We we're very comfortable. It was well located to visit the area. The proprietors had some interesting insight to the local area and what it takes to run a hotel. They were earning their good reputation. Would stay again if in the area.

What a great stay! Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. And we had a great dinner and huge breakfast in the restaurant with wonderful service. We will stay again!

The hotel are location are great, the food on property was excellent but what really stands out is the staff. I can not recommend this property enough

Great stay at the Newberry beach lodge. Came for a wedding at Arches and the location was just steps from the venue. Christopher was an excellent host and gave us everything we needed.

I loved everything about this place. I had to park in a different spot than the free one, for the second and third night, but it was not really that expensive at all.

A very nice stay in Appledore, one night of a longer trip. The staff is exceptionally professional, and nice. My room was clean and comfortable, and dinner in the Pub delicious!

Was excellent but had to pay a refundable £100 as insurance. Waiting to get my money back tho

The staff were very friendly, polite, and very helpful. The room was clean enough, but lots of the bathroom features didn't work very well, such as just about no water coming out of the taps. Overall, low cost and enjoyable.

This is a really nice hotel in a great location if you want to be in the centre of Lynmouth. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We ate a couple of times in the Ancient Mariner, which is attached to the hotel - very good pub food. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent - if you like a full english, you are in for a treat.
