"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"Cozy, well stocked, and perfectly located suite! Everything was within walking distance, including the bus/train station. There weren’t many English channels on TV (totally expected that), but they do have YouTube, Netflix, etc. Cute little set up and lots of light. Self check in/out was easy, and it was just the perfect place to stay right in the city. I’d absolutely return. "
