"Arrivée vers 21h15 à l'hôtel, réceptionniste occupé avec un autre client dans le hall d'entrée, nous fait patienter dans le salon plusieurs minutes pour finalement nous dire qu'il y a un problème avec l'autre client. Nous donne juste les clefs de notre chambre en nous disant l'étage sans d'autres explications. Dans la chambre, store cassé, seulement 2 voilages (pas du tout opaque).
