"We only stayed here because it’s close to relatives we are visiting.we have just checked out of a 5* star resort and to check in this hotel was such a shock to my system.the towels were worse than rags,few cockroaches in the room,carpet smelt due to leaking ac.one of the ladies who cooked the omelette was so ignorant and rude.i only asked for my omelette to be well cooked but I don’t think she understood she just disappeared left me standing there waiting for my omelette for 10 minutes.I didn’t...

"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."
