"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....

"What a fantastic find this was ! Next to the tube so easy to get to theatre and King’s Cross station. The pub is huge, taking the bottom floor with a mixture of indoor and outdoor bars. We were in the Charles room on the third floor. We had kettle and coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, windows that opened and an extremely quiet fan, tv with every channel available. "The staff where really helpful had some issues with maintenance but got our room transferred to a different location near by and paid for our transportation there would have just liked a little more notice that we were going to be moved but all in all had such a wonderful experience thank you to the staff who made it smooth sailing."
