"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door. I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

"great location, everything good. the only thing to make note of is: its a shared toilet and bathroom that i didn't pick up on at time of booking. My fault i booked in a rush if would have had on-suite, this would have been perfect. "
