But there is no front desk, contact the manager through message is a good way, the response is mostly few hours or minutes. But overall was a good experience."

"The room was really lovely despite our hesitation as we hadn't expected to be in the basement and other reviews were not very favourable of basement rooms. We were very happy though and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for the station and underground lines which was great. We were surprised how quiet it was as there is a lot of building work around the local area but we heard nothing at all! We would definitely stay here again in the future - it is a lovely...
