"Firstly I need to say that I have stayed at this hotel before, and the reasons I have gone back are multiple - the very kind and friendly staff who all seem to have excellent memories for previous clients; who attend to all I need without any hesitation; cleanliness without exception; the large lounge bar where space enough to have meetings in private; meals available in the bar without having to go to the large restaurant; more than enough choice for breakfast in the restaurant; taxis...
