Across the street take direct bus to Gare St Lazare or Gare de Nord. Enjoy the most intriguing soap "machine" tray grates the soap into your hands. "

"This was my second stay at Simon's Boutique Hotel this year (8 days, 3 days). I can't wait to go back. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable, and I always sleep well. I am 80 years old. It is so close to the Gare du Nord, too. The Marx Dormoy metro stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel."

It's not touristy but it is in a great spot to hop on the metro and it's a straight line to any of the tourist spots. The hotel area itself has bakeries and cafes and a charming canal and movie theaters on the streets behind it. This is my 2nd time staying and it is the best budget hotel. "
