"We were completely pleased with our stay at Hotel Jazz. Great location, easy walk to metro stations and taxi stands. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area all within walking distance. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was bountiful, varied and tasty. Our room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. We never heard a noise from any other guests and there were many other guests staying there. Highly recommend!"

"This was a beautiful 5 bedroom apartment on a high floor overlooking the plaza universitat. The layout was perfect. There was a very large area divided into a kitchen/dining area on one side and a living room on the other. There were several large window overlooking the plaza. We were high up enough that the sound was not a problem. In the back, there were five well-sized bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. Everything was modern and clean. "The staff were very helpful & friendly. We moved to a quieter room and that was no issue. Security staff made it feel very safe too. The location is excellent a 3 min walk to La Rambla & the gothic quarter (great shops / restaurants & bars. Safe area. Walkable to the airport bus & metro. We had a classic room & it was clean & quiet just a bit tired deco wise & no usb sockets. We would like to come again when warmer so can use the terrace "
