"We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza (twice). It's in an excellent location very close to the metro at Sainz de Baranda and the the Circular (grey) Network. Also, within easy walking distance to Retiro Park. There are cafes, restaurants and shops close by and it is an easy walk to Calle Ibiza. Staff were very good and accommodating. The hotel (part of IHG chain) is eco-friendly and has a partnership with a Hospital for Children. "

It was located in an outside courtyard, meaning you are exposed to rain walking in and out of your room. The gym is small but it has the basics. "
