Televisione non funzionate invece di risolvere il problema mi dice non possiamo farci nulla e di non aveva camere disponibile per cambiare . Quando ho rifatto il trolley per andare via e chiedere il rimborso un'altra lunga telefonata con il responsabile e mi cambia la camera "

Túvimos un problema mecánico con el coche y fue tan amable de buscarnos un taller que nos lo arreglase en un día e incluso nos dejó guardadas las maletas hasta que nos dieron el coche. A Bruno le doy un 14 sobre 10 nos lo hizo todo muy facil"

"I loved that the property was in a quiet area, we saw quite a lot of rabbits around. Breakfast buffet was great and had a huge variety, and we liked that the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the nearest metro. Even though the hotel is not located in city centre, if you are mainly using public transportation and taxis, it’s not a problem! The room was large and all facilities were excellent."

The only drawback was the bathroom, which while private, wasn't in the room, a surprise for us. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay."
