"Such a cute place, great location and lots of snacks!"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, didn't realize the heater was on, it was warm in the room but staff provided us with a fan and it helped. Friendly staff, good breakfast, wine and refreshments in the evening included. Great location right across from Golden Gate Park. Variety of restaurants near the hotel. And Whole Foods 2 blocks away. Highly recommended when in the area. "

"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "

"Another great stay at Parker House! Holiday party in the City and it’s location is very walkable and convenient. Staff is so helpful and go beyond to assist. The garden and grounds are lovely. Breakfast is continental but the bagels and other baked goods are high-end and fresh. Yogurt, cereal, granola and hard boiled eggs beautifully presented. Some construction to keep the place ship-shape, but did not bother us. Happy to return."

"We were just thrilled with this little jewel. Can’t believe we’ve stayed in so many other hotels in the past - this will be our new go-to. Parking was a breeze in our own little bay underneath our room. The courtyard was just gorgeous - so many blooming plants and flowers! Our room was great, it had a fully stocked kitchen, which made breakfast a breeze. And the staff - I can’t say enough about them. Everyone was friendly and clearly loved the property and making sure everyone’s stay was top...

"We love Cow Hollow. It’s easy to walk to the water and many restaurants. This time we walked to Mama’s Luncheonette (delicious, hearty wraps-but long wait time), a yummy Mediterranean doner/ bakery in the Buchanan/Filbert area, and Patagonia near Ghirardelli square. Ubers were easy to go further away."

"It was good we love to stay at the Chelsea Inn when we go to San Francisco for medical appointments. This time we also celebrated my husband’s birthday early with a visit to Baker Beach and then dinner on Fisherman’s Wharf. I love the fact that there is secure parking. "
