"The location is great, surrounded by many restaurants and food courts. And close to Gaya Street and Chinatown. However, the bathroom smells from sewage drain, also, there’s a leak under the floor board because after shower, water seeping out from other wall in the bathroom. Walls are dirty with dead bugs marking. Gnats are found on counter and floor in bathroom, it’s a mess! Also, it’s quite noisy with airplanes flying over in all hours."

"Did not know you had to pay a deposit into I got there it was short notice . The bed was 6/10 but the presentation was nice . No taxi services numbers to get you to your next destination. The food was amazing "

"The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago. "

"We have stayed here a few times now when travelling through KK and it never disappoints. Staff are so friendly and helpful, location can’t be beat right in the middle of all the shops. There was the occasional rumble outside which I’m guessing is planes overhead but the bed is so soft it’s easy to fall asleep. "
