"Nice property and we enjoyed staying in a 3 bedroom cottage there. However, we had a problem with water not being hot enough in the showers. It would start hot and then drop to a much colder temperature. It was problematic for us. Especially for kids. We reported this to reception twice and never had anyone to check the situation."

"A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. "Wow, what a surprise! Post card views of the Tuscan landscapes, beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, authentic design with an incredible team. Nico and Lucia were wonderful! This was a quiet, laid back family hotel. Our breakfasts in the garden patio were special. Having La Bugia nestled into this hotel with Claudio’s beautiful creations made it the perfect fit for us! "If the previous review has not been removed, THIS IS THE REAL ONE: Belvedere is an AMAZING property. We stayed at the Superior Studio which is stunning. With a rear olive grinding stone making the beds headboard. The property is amazing, the staff friendly. Check in is a little different but still easy. This villa is part of additional properties that make up hotels. The main, where you check in (not at Belvedere) has a restaurant that is worth booking a reservation. Pasta was to die for....
