"Hotel is about a 30-40 minute walk from Venice Mestre station. Can be enjoyable if the weather permits. Not much around the hotel as far as places to eat. But if you are looking to stay in Venice without the crowds or prices of Venice, this could be for you. Our group had no problem walking to and from the station, the hotel did order a taxi for us for an early morning departure. The area around the hotel is very quiet. "

"We were surprised how good the property was as we were a bit worried about some negative reviews that we had seen. The manager Mr Khan was very helpful at all times, this included providing a kettle when we needed it. Parking is possible in the rear car park which we used. The Deluxe Double room was clean with a large shower and toilet area. The AC in the room worked well. The top floor of the property has a kitchen with fridge /freezer/ microwave/Oven and Hob. All very useful for heating up...
