Very comfortable rooms and setup, friendly staff and CONVENIENTLY located at the heart of Japan town, walking distance to Fillmore st with access to the bus and easy to get in and around town. "Great location for morning or late evening activities. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with our requests. Great place to stay with family or as a couple. It was SF at night our teenagers in their own room across from ours. A dim lit watering hole a block away to shed the last hours of the night and great sandwiches next door to take to the Palace of Fine Arts the next day."

"Not the fanciest place but it was fine. Staff was nice and helpful. Room could use some updates but it was clean and had what was needed. There is an ice machine on site which made me happy. There is a corner store across the street which was great for snacks and drinks. Nice location close to the Wharf."
