“Good location - very easy to get to from the airport via Alibus as the bus stops almost opposite. Although a ‘remote’ checkin the customer service was very helpful and responded very quickly and arranged for someone to meet us to show us in even though we arrived late due to a flight delay. If you like clothes shopping this is the street for you. ”

“This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was.”
