"We stayed here for one night on our way back from Florence to Madrid, before returning to the USA the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service, prices, and food were all excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms didn’t have doors, only curtains. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, and everything went smoothly.
The hotel offers a shuttle service, but it only goes directly to Terminal 4. If you need to get to another terminal, you have to change buses at Terminal 4 to connect to the others. In our case, we didn’t use this service because we were flying out of Terminal 1 with a lot of luggage, so taking a taxi was more convenient."
