"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, near to Yarm and Preston Park Museum. Also it was only half an hour's drive to Saltburn by the Sea. Everything was lovely, breakfast, room, staff etc, but the Health Spa was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of it!"

"Large bedroom and recently modernised en-suite. All clean and tidy. Nice and warm (4 day stay in January). Breakfasts were excellent and the food available for the evening meals in the pub part of the hotel was also good. All of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The car park is big. Breakfast does not start until 7.30am. You order it from the menu the night before and it was always ready for 7.30 for me, but I was there on business it left me quite tight for getting to my meeting...

"Clean room and good size bathroom. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Plenty of free on-site parking too. Only downside was trying to get the tv to work, it seemed to only work by logging into our personal streaming services rather than having say freeview. "
