"The room was very clean and very spacious but the shared bathroom was a little run down. They did clean it daily but it needed an update. I did not feel completely safe in the surrounding area. The actual property seems liked a combination of a preschool and a homeless shelter. In fact there was a cafeteria that we were not allowed to eat in because it was only for people getting help from the Red Cross. It was very cheap though and worth the money. "

"Great location, super clean place. The Bolivian cleaning lady was so sweet. We appreciated the pastries, milk and coffee that were included as well as the yummy chicharrones. The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well. "

"Loved the location of this hotel!! Easy access off of the highway. A 7-10 minute walk to the metro station, then 30 minute ride to Sol Station which is walkable to most of what you want to see in Madrid. We purchased 10 trips on the Metro for less and 8 Euros, which more than got us through two days of going back and forth into Madrid. Way better and cheaper than trying to drive into Madrid proper and park!! The staff were attentive and were helpful with all of our questions about navigating...

"Very nice hotel and good rate for what you get. Hotel has a very private feel and has your own small hallway to your door. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the metro (bus and subway) and has some pretty good food options near it (think small cafes and quick eats). Not right in central Madrid but very well connected. About 15-20 min train ride to Plaza Mayor. "
