"Lovely hotel.. very friendly staff and perfectly positioned opposite the market and within the old town. Street entrance is strange, as black glass, so no idea what’s behind, but once inside, you are met with a beautifully decorated reception/ breakfast area. Room was modern, with good (and quiet) air conditioning and the usual facilities. Would definitely go back if visited Bilbao again"

"The Pension is in a central area of Bilbao okd town, within easy reach of a Metro station or the bridge across to Gran Via. The room was small, but modern with a modern bathroom. It is ideal for a short break in Bilbao. "

"Great room. Nice and spacious with very comfy beds. Tea/coffee making facilities along with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries such as toothbrush & shaving kits. Room was clean with towels changed daily. Really good selection of food for breakfast in buffet style. Hotel is on top of the bus station and on tram stop. Look up when you arrive to locate hotel before google maps send you round in circles! Perfect location for a sports event at the stadium. Just a 2 minute walk. Bars and coffee...

"Would absolutely stay here again. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom and shower. Fantastic central location in old town and really quiet. We were worried at having literally no check in information on the day we arrived but you have to trust the process and the code arrived about 45minutes before our 2pm check in and it was great having no keys to look after. There is a communal fridge for milk etc. A great find!!!"

"Clean rooms, very modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the old town. The parking is terrible though, a very small lot in the back that fills up quickly. Very hard to navigate and not ideal for bigger vehicles. The Wi-Fi also was really bad, would work for a little bit but then completely stop working. "

"We had a great stay here. The area might feel a bit rough however its quite quiet and we felt very safe even at 1pm in the morning. Its so easy to get to the city centre by train or walk. Just a suggestion, to add an iron as there are some fancy restaurants people may feel the need to dress up for. "
