"We took the train to Thun and then the bus to the hotel (bus stop is right outside). It’s a lovely hotel with amazing views over the lake. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony overlooking the lake which was just so calming to sit out on and relax (even if it was raining as the balcony was sheltered). "It's hard to tell you how much this place is perfect. The place was so clean, the room was perfect and the location just beautiful in front of the lake. The staff at the restaurant was so nice and the breakfast buffet was just right! Come for the views, the proximity from the mountains, the cleanliness and the amenities. Thank you again!"

"It was pathetic time in the hotel 1. No elevators and stairs were tough with luggage 2. Windows do no have blinds. They open to opposite building windows make it a privacy concern 3. Bed bugs in the bed 4. Toilet was horribly designed. Shower was too tight. A oversized person cannot shower inside. 5. Microwave was missing 6. Bed was in attic and was highly inaccessible 7.
