When you call you get a answering service that is not directly to the hotel which ran up our international minutes on our phone, very costly. The instructions say that there is someone just around the corner to help, wrong. We were unable to get into our room until 7 PM. Fortunately, another guest called the number on the...

"The Odalys was perfectly situated for our stay as we were based at the ice rink which is only 1 street away. The room was pleasant, the bed relatively comfortable although only one pillow each. The self catering facilities were adequate for our needs, however there was only one drinking glass and the table was very wobbly. Overall it was good, and was what we expected for the price: no frills, clean accommodation."
