"We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The kids corner was magical for my four year old daughter, she begged everyday to go back there and play. The staff everywhere were amazing and SO helpful. They were SUPER aware of food allergies and would tell us if specific things on the menu might even possibly be cross contaminated. Will definitely return. "

"I had an absolutely great time at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum. The staff were very helpful, the buffet always had a wide variety of options whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and there were numerous activities to do. The resort also has a few a la carte restaurants that you can make reservations for that are included in the price. I would recommend doing this as soon as possible because they book extremely fast. The pool was also very nice, well maintained, and had a swim up bar. My room was also very clean and the house keeping staff did a very good job of cleaning it daily, although two of my outlets didn't work which I did report to the front desk. A couple of minor critiques that I do have is that the bars could use a little more coverage so that people aren't waiting too long for a drink. Also, I think it would be nice if there were a night club on the resort like some of the other Bahia Principe locations for the young adult crowd. The nightly entrainment usually ends around 9:45-10 o'clock and it would be nice if there were something to do for folks who don't want to turn in so early. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend this resort if you're looking to vacation in Tulum."

"Ara, the hotel concierge, made our stay truly special. She reached out before our arrival to see how she could assist, which was greatly appreciated. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t miss a moment of the trip. Ara’s care and attention went above and beyond—we can’t thank her enough for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Premium Room, which was ideal for our family. It had four bedrooms and a detached common area with a kitchen and living room—perfect for spending time together comfortably."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind—it really made us feel at home. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We especially loved where we stayed in Akumal; it was the perfect mix of comfort and charm. The buffet food was surprisingly good (we went back for seconds more than once!) and they always had fun activities planned every day, which kept things exciting and fresh. Mind you, we came during low season, so it wasn’t crowded at all, which was perfect for us. The only small downside (which is completely out of the resort’s control) was that we didn’t realize it was seaweed/algae season, so the beach wasn’t really accessible. But that’s just the weather and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and memorable getaway."

"We booked the Sky Villa and it was magical! Azulik staff were proactive and taking care of us before we even left the US. The restaurants are expensive, but the stay was a dream. I definitely recommend if you're someone who truly enjoys peace. We had the jungle in our front yard and the ocean in the back. We had such a beautiful room but slept on the day bead every night. Had ocean views from the shower - watching the sun rise. 😍😍 We loved everything about it! "
