"Ottimo posto, pulito, organizzato, merita più amore da parte degli avventori in quanto troveranno anche dei titolari simpatici e disponibili, colazione semplice ed efficace, venite per più di una sera e sostenete il posto, è a 10 minuti dalla maggior parte delle mete turistiche della zona di cui Montepulciano, c'è una ottima gelateria in zona e delle terme per iniziare a sentirsi meglio fisicamente e mentalmente. Costa poco e vale molto. Merita."

"In the centre of town. Couple of nice shops nearby. Limited parking, but free parking in the road anyway. Secret garden is not a bistro, just a garden nice to sit in. Dinner starts at 20:00 Room needs refurbishing, but excellent water pressure in shower. No English Breakfast as advertised, but good buffet breakfast included. Counted 15 different cakes..... Nice restaurant 100m up the road, but closed on Mondays ☹ Most restaurants close on Mondays….. Only 10-15 min drive to Montepuliciano where...

"This is a chain hotel with headquarters in Germany. That alone makes it really hard to make it an authentic Italian experience. On top of it there’s barely local folks among the staff. The staff really needs to be trained in 5 star hotel standards. At times they tend to be borderline rude. On the other hand the hotel is amazing with kids, and the hotel manager is on top of things, so it makes it a mixed experience. It really depends what you are looking for, it’s a comfortable stay with 5 star...
