An incredible pool, a tennis court, a waterfall, all in the middle of nature with amazing trees. You can order to the pool from a Peruvian restaurant that serves amazing food. They also have spa. "

"Customer service vey good. Facilities need updating. The entrance is kind of mysterious. No visible. Room smell old. Towels old, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker in room. Location is good close to restaurants and shopping mall. "

The location of the hotel has a number of restaurants within a couple of small blocks. The El Caney neighborhood of Cali has the reputation of being safe. That was my experience while walking around during the day."

"The property is clean, well appointed, and has a great staff. The rooms are clean, but definitely could benefit from a coffee maker. The hotel is a challenge for taxis/ubers as most drivers are unable to locate it, and the traffic around the hotel is discouraging to some of the drivers. The area around the hotel has a some food options which are convenient. The hotel gym is clean and spacious. Was a great stay, the staff are amazing, and I would definitely recommend."
