"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. We learned after one day that you barely have to go outside to access the MRT City Hall station. You can go into the mall next-door and down to level B2 and there is a shopping mall system that extends all the way over to the MRT station.
