The staff was very friendly and kitchen help were helpful regarding food allergy concerns.

"It's a dated hotel, but it was clean, and the pool/hot tub were decent. The key card had issues, but the hotel staff replaced them immediately every time. No elevator, but only 2 floors so no biggie. Would stay here again to save money."

"We were looking for someplace further out from Cedar Point to avoid higher costs and crowds. This place was perfect for our Friday evening into Sunday morning stay. I don’t think it was as updated or as clean as other top names hotels, but we had no complaints. We got what we paid for, a comfortable bed, hot shower, and place to relax away from the noise. Also, it’s only a ten minute drive to the mall and area by Great Wolf. We got our coffee and two dinners out that way. "
