"Large space, good for family with kids, close to British Museum, and walkable to anywhere, or you can take bus, ride a bike, underground subway, and many options. But there is no front desk, contact the manager through message is a good way, the response is mostly few hours or minutes. But overall was a good experience."

Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. I’ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely ."

"Great location for Euston and St Pancras / Kings Cross railway stations. Absolutely ideal and walking distance only about 10 mins. Has a 24 hour reception in a reasonably quiet area (as London goes) … comfy beds, cosy space and use of fridge / microwave. Bathroom small but functional. Advice to get a room which has a balcony on first floor if alright managing with a few stairs. My only real issue was the lack of lighting (no bedside lights or decent overhead lights to be able to read)...
