"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. We will miss this property!"

"Very good hotel within 5 mins to the nishishinjuku station. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. There is also a konbini in the basement floor which is great."

"It was a very generous sized room in a an amazing location. 10 minute walk to M line, close to Shinjuku and JR lines but still had the local feel. Amazing anemities and restaurants nearby!"

"Close to the train station and lots of food options. A bit dated but great great service. They helped us booked our accommodation to Ginzan Onsen. Highly recommended for a short trip to Shinjuku. Quiet neighborhood and you won’t feel unsafe. "

"The space was perfect and so clean and exactly what I expected. I was on the 5th floor and it’s only small narrow stairs to get all the way up there. If I was a lighter packer and a little younger this would’ve been the perfect spot! Very cute little neighborhood and it’s not far from a bigger busier neighborhood! The host was very patient and helpful too. there are some house rules to stick too such as keeping your shoes off inside and making sure not to use the ac too much but honestly it was...
