"This is a new hotel. Everything in the hotel was nice and well appointed. The staff on the other hand was not well managed and very much lacking in the service department. Some tried hard but didn’t seem to have any answers or couldn’t help. The wait staff was average at best. The hotel is beautiful but I don’t think I would consider this a 5 star hotel."

"Excellent facilities, much larger rooms than average for Tokyo, friendly staff, exceptional dining options in the property and a 1 minute walk to the Nagatacho station on the Hanzomon/Yurakucho lines makes it a great base to explore Tokyo. 10 min walk from dining and entertainment options in Akasaka, but otherwise in a very quiet business district."

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."

It have all the amenities that you need The breakfast for a feed is food, not expensive. The hotel is close to the Akasaka neighborhood and the nearest subway station is less then 5 mins walking from the property "

"Excellent service from very sweet staff. 24h front desk, ice cubes on demand, good breakfast (though limited). Great location close to 2 different stations (Tozai & JB lines). Also close to cozy street food area and with the best coffee places around. Remember to pack some ear plugs in case you are sensible to noise as the train tracks are closeby. All in all, a spectacular hotel."

"Close to public transportation. Clean. Quiet and safe. Good communication with the staff. No lift be mindful of your luggage, but not high floors, easy access. Close to the shops and restaurants. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you."
