"My honest review was my stay was pleasant but that's all i can say really. The staff were friendly but at time i received a lack of desire to help, especially with transport to and from the airport. Once i did book my own private transfer they tried to charge me, I had to let them know that i had already pre paid for the ride.
The room was also decent but not great, wasn't a beach front hotel and there may be a ant problem. There was too many crawling within our bathroom area and by our front door.
Food was okay too, a good selection and varied day to day. overall a pleasant experience but i wouldn't go back and nor would i say it's a 4 star defiantly a 3 star at most. "

"It was an amazing experience, the room was so clean, staff is really helpful when you ask for help. Food is good with lots of choices. Aquapark is full of entertainment if you have kids. Kids are enjoying full-day. We will come again next year with my family.
Only a criticize for the hotel is the alcohols were not good enough! The taste of the drink&coctails is like water! Probably the reason is full-inclusive concept however the management should rethink about drinks problem. "
