"We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. "I'm a repeater here and I love this hotel. It's located near Cheongdam station, and you can walk to Apgujeong Rodeo area. I stayed at a room with bath tub, which was so relaxing. I'd like to swim in the pool next time I'm in Seoul."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good and basic room but the tub could use some updating. They give you free water and you can do your laundry for free as well but there is no dryer, it’s not a problem though. It’s a great place if you need a place to stay for a couple of days and you’re not planning to be in your room all day. They have free Netflix to watch tv. The bus stops right across the street and it’s a 15 min walk to the train, so it is easy to get anywhere you need to go. "

"I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important. They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. I hope I brought all my belongings, but I don’t know yet because I could not see"

"객실은 좋지만, 침실에 암막커튼없고 바닥이 나무로 한층 높은곳에 설계되어 방바닥이 따뜻하지않아서인지 잘때 조금 추웠습니다. 객실에 아랫층에서 외국인들이 엄청떠드는소리가 들려서 컴플레인하고싶으나 객실 자체에 전화기가 없어서 말하기갸 곤란해서 직접 가서 얘기해야했습니다. 카운터가 따로없는 호텔이라 여러모로 불편하네요. 신발장 불은 센서가 암때나켜져서 순간순간 놀랬어요. 장점은 잘모르겠습니다."

"New facility with all amenities you need for a longer stay, including a washer/ dryer. Many convenient stores and cafe/ restaurants nearby. Also close to the subway line making it easy to get around the city. Overall I would recommend this place. "

"Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. "

"Whenever I come back to Seoul , I would love to stay here again. The only negative thing is no elevator so if you have a lot of big luggages probably consider about it."
