"Ideally located in the heart of Vicenza and only a 10-15 minute walk from Vicenza train station. 15 mins if carrying a backpack. Well I totally botched up our booking and didn’t realise until just before we were due to arrive. I explained our dilemma on arrival and the concierge was very understanding and helpful.
