"Very good, if somewhat impersonal, service. It was located at the far end of the town on the main road (a 2 minute drive to the shops). The room was amazing with a private pool, comfortable lounge with sky news and very large bed. Water was not unfortunately provided free. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. This is a very good place to stay and I would highly recommend it."

"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "Lovely Manor House Hotel property set within its own grounds and beautiful gardens, only a few miles outside of Oudtshoorn. Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and toiletries with room service each day. Excellent breakfasts with good choice of healthy options and hot selection cooked fresh to order. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "
