"Really happy we stayed here. It was probably the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip in Japan. Room was spacious compared to everywhere else that we stayed. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom. Well located not far from Dotonbori area and not far from a metro stop. Also, was very close to a Yamato Transport store to ship our luggage to next destination. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Good for business stay. What attracted me most was the public bath (onsen). The breakfast was so so. There is a convenience store outside which is really convenient. A 10 min walk from the subway station. Some restaurants outside too."

"Room is clean, some of the bathroom shower areas were a little rougher on the edges, Room in general was clean, AC works amazing, onsen was lovely has everything you would need and expect. Post onsen popsicle and yakult is very nice. They include pajamas and slippers to wear to the onsen. Definitely one of my favorite places. Conveniently close to dotonbori but some road noise and train track noise could be heard; Easy to access train stations "

"The hotel is located near Subway station about 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants available in the neighborhood. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comparatively spacious in this area. Breakfast included was tasty abundant in choices and healthy. There’s even complimentary ramen available in the evening. I would recommend to friends."

"I was travelling solo in Osaka and this hotel did not disappoint. I stayed in the single room - it was small enough for a traveller so space wasn't an issue. The staff are helpful and accomodating even after I checked in late as I was coming from Narita. This is a budget friendly hotel so they have enough amenities with daily cleaning service. They also have coin laundry too. The hotel is relatively easy to find and near Namba Station. It's also close to Dotonbori, Den Den town, Kuromon Market...
