"Gym and wet areas (pool, spa, sauna and Turkish bath) were great , perfect for relaxing after a long traveling day. Rooms were little outdated and water pressure in the room shower was pitiful. Room was clean and spacious. Included breakfast was great. Shuttle to the airport. Overall good place to stay for an overnight coming or going using the airport but it would also be good for a longer stay as location is convenient. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding areas."

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful since I’m not fluent in Spanish. I felt very comfortable here and I LOVED the coffee. I’ll fight someone for a Mocaccino RIGHT NOW. "

"Room was great. The restroom design was weird for the shower but still super clean. Everyone was friendly even the staff checking you in the lobby although they rarely smiled. It was almost as if they robotic but nice nonetheless. "

The hotel, was spotlessly clean, real blankets against the cool Bogotá nights were very much appreciated. The neighborhood is great with many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within just a few minutes walk. HQN is a fine experience including eggs and fresh Colombian pastry with coffee when you get up."
