"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"

"Fantastic stay . Arranged hotel car to collect me from airport and drop me back after which was all arranged smoothly. Comfortable rooms with lovely big bathrooms . Pool and sun loungers were fab to have for a break from the city and the breakfast selection was divine ! I loved the chai tea station . All staff were super helpful and friendly ! "
