"Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. "This is an older budget hotel and I have to say, I couldn't believe how clean it was. The grout, around the taps, everything was perfect! I can't get my newer home as perfect as this property was. The bed was comfortable, a lot of budget hotels have beds that feel like a brick, The pillows were good, not flat pancakes. I will definitely stay here again when I need to stay in the area, I think it was as good as the more expensive hotels I've stayed at in the ways that matter."

"The staff went out of their way to put us in a ground floor room to suit me, only downfall the bed was a bit hard. We had breakfast in the morning which had a very good variety for a continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly 😁"
