"The interior is lovely. The location is perfect to visit the botanical gardens as well as several museums. The glass elevator goes up six floors with a view down over the breakfast area. The desk staff and porters were all very nice."

"It was a great location for where i needed to be... room was clean, didn't spend much time at hotel as I was there on business. Has a restaurant literally next to it which I felt bad not dinning in it because it looked great. Next trip up in the Toluca area I will stay there again... limited review due to my busy day but it was a pleasant stay."
